This form of authentication works with billing sites to obtain payment from clients before allowing them access. The fields in the AuthorizeNet source authentication are shown below. The several API values are obtained from the AuthorizeNet web site during your site's registration. The registration process is described in one of the A3 Installation and Usage Guides (Installation and Usage Guide - Registration VLAN or Installation and Usage Guide - No Registration VLAN).

API Login ID | A value provided by Authorize.net during registration. | |

Public Client Key | A key generated for the client that is used to encrypt traffic to AuthorizeNet. | |
Authorized Domains | A comma separated list of domains that A3 will resolve during authentication, despite any networking restrictions. It should include: *.authorize.net. | *.authorize.net. |
Currency | The type of currency that the billing will use. Either USD or CAD. | USD |
Test Mode | If enabled, this authentication will not charge the user. |

Send Billing Confirmation | If enabled, billing information will be sent to the user requesting service. |

Create Local Account | If enabled, when a user completes an email authentication a local A3 account will be created for the username provided if one does not already exist |

Password Hashing Method | The algorithm used to hash passwords in the database. Only new or reset passwords are affected. One of Bcrypt, Plaintext, or NTLM. | Bcrypt |
Password Length | The length of generated passwords. | 8 |
Number of Logins for Local Account | If Create Local Account is enabled, then this field designates the number of times that the user can login. A value of 0 means an infinite number of times. | 0 |
