The AdminProxy authentication is used to establish Administrative Rules based on web proxy and header fields. The fields in an AdminProxy authentication source definition are:

| Name | The name of the authentication source. | AdminProxy |
| Description | Optional description of the source. | Microsoft AdminProxy authentication |
| Proxy Addresses | A comma-separated list of IP addresses of authentication proxies. | |
| User Header | User header fields to match. | |
| Group Header | Group header fields to match. | |
| Administration Rules | Indicates the actions to be performed when the authentication is satisfied. Authentication rules are covered in detail in Authentication Rules. |
