Abstract

This release notes document for ExtremeCloud™ IQ (Classic) version 25.9.2‑10 (Patch 2) describes enhancements, resolved issues, known limitations, and supported platforms for the cloud‑based network management solution. The release focuses on stability and usability improvements across onboarding, monitoring, licensing, SSO, dashboards, and analytics, including clearer KPI indicators, consistent numeric formatting, improved filter visibility, and fixes for wireless statistics processing and data display issues. It documents updates carried forward from Patch 1 and the earlier 25.9.0‑36 release, such as expanded EXOS, VOSS/Fabric Engine, and IQ Engine support, mandatory legacy entitlement key conversion messaging, and automatic 802.11mc FTM ranging enablement for supported 6 GHz deployments. This document highlights addressed issues across device management, inventory scalability, alerts, APIs, firmware upgrades, and authentication workflows, as well as known issues with configuration deltas, audit logging, browser behavior, 6 GHz radio constraints, GRE redundancy, and SSO integrations. Comprehensive device support matrices cover controllers, access points, switches, routers, Site Engine, CoPilot, and A3, alongside public cloud IP blocks, browser requirements, and operational prerequisites.
