netDbMgr was not able to successfully connect to a database server. This can happen due to one or more of these conditions - DNS resolution failure, route lookup failure, a network connectivity issue, remote host being down, the remote database not accepting connections, authentication failure etc.
Check if the remote database server is configured correctly and is accepting connections. Check the output of the show database command to see if the server address or hostname and the L4 port has been configured correctly. Use ping or traceroute from the switch to troubleshoot network connectivity and DNS lookup issues.
