The 'show tech-support collector' command can be used to verify configuration of a collector and check status of last report. Make sure that the hostname or IP address of a collector, the TCP port that a collector is listening, and whether SSL is enabled on the TCP port are configured correctly. Once corrected, re-run 'run tech-support report collector' command to send the report again.
