This is typically observed in scaled scenarios close to operating limits. try to reduce number of peers or routes stored. If functionality degrades, try disabling and enabling bgp or restarting the process. If problem persists, contact technical support with the following information: "show tech" and "upload debug". System restart may be required for continued operation.
