RFC 7432 specifies that if a MAC moves between a local and remote device N times within an M second interval, a message should alert the user. By default the interval is 180 seconds and the number of moves is 5. Multiple EVPN routes may temporarily exist for this MAC.
This error is cleared when only one route exists for this MAC.
