NetLogin VLAN need to process the DNS resolving of base-url. Also a client resides in NetLogin VLAN only during the authentication state. Therefore enabling DNS cache on NetLogin VLAN would result in conflict and not essential. Thus when DNS cache is enabled on a VR and the NetLogin VLAN is part of this VR, automatically DNS cache is disabled on the NetLogin VLAN and enabled on all other VLANs of the VR.
