BayRS and BCC Version 14.00 Revision 1D12 corrects the following problems:
==========================================================================
CR 96440-1: OSPF
The SPF tree for an OSPF adjacency may fail to build correctly
if the SPF routine runs when the root LSDB hasn't been
inserted into the router's table. This can happen if a link is
down when OSPF is bounced and then the link is later enabled.

CR 124178-1: OSPF
With BGP routes imported into a router configured with OSPF,
when the router is restarted the OSPF link gets stuck in an
             exchange state.

CR 126064-1: BCC/IP traffic filters
When trying to configure an IP traffic filter on a router
using the BCC, the router faults.

CR 129794-1: OSPF
For an external route with an ASE forward address, if the
link to the area border router and the link to the
autonomous system border router is disabled, OSPF will
either continue to point out the link that was just brought
down, or it will fail over to an alternative link. The link
does not reconverge correctly when the least cost path is
             brought back up.

CR 140390-1: ECMP
With ECMP enabled with at least two equal cost routes in the
routing table, IP Encaps frames do not get forwarded to the
             destination IP address.
