NOTE: Revision 11.00/1 is managed by rel/5.00 and/or revision 5.00/1.
      Revision 5.00/1 is necessary to properly manage the new MIB attribute
      in revision 11.00/1, but otherwise rel/5.00 will work as usual.

Revision 11.00/1 corrects the following problem:

CR 26702: LAPB.
          Added a third option (activeDisc) to the MIB object
          wfLapbEntry.wfLapbActionInitiate to enable LAPB to send a DISC
          command as the initial frame after establishing a physical
          connection to non-X.25 compliant IBM 5394 and 5294 controllers.
          You can configure this option from Site Manager or from the
          Technician Interface. From Site Manager, set "Initiate Link Setup
          Action" on LAPB screen to ACTIVE DISC. From the Technician
          Interface, set the MIB object
          wfLapbEntry.wfLapbActionInitiate to 3 (activeDisc).
