12.04 Revision 1 corrects the following problems:

CR 89948/89950: DECnet
After booting the router, DECnet generates invalid routing information that
includes empty packets instead of level 2 updates. As a result, DECnet fails
to build a topology packet because it assumed that there had not been a
topology change. This causes the router to send erroneous level 2 updates
continuously until the next topology change occurs.

CR 99058/94354: OSPF
After restarting OSPF on a very busy router, a Vector 2 bus error occurs in
OSPF.

CR 29657: MIB
The sysUpTime is incorrect after setting the date on various types of routers.
The incorrect SysUpTime prevents accurate network utilization calculations.

CR 31614: Scripts
The hardware.bat script does not display the correct link module description
for an AN2 router on an Ethernet.

CR 33831: ATM
On an ATM interface running IP, an error message occurs with minimum traffic
flow.

CR 33863: LOG
Configuring autosave under wfSerialPortEntry does not work when the volume is set to 1. When this occurs it prevents the AN and ARN routers from saving a log.

CR 73835: BOOT
A BLN with ATM configured may fail to boot if the flash card is busy during
the boot. .

CR 79920: MCE1
The ASN router is experiencing CPU utilization peaks when running BayRS with
only the MCE1 drivers loaded.

CR 80778: IPEX Gateway
When the PVC/TCP server application is killed, you cannot restart the session
after the application is brought back up.

CR 80778: IPEX Gateway
Sessions cannot be restarted after shutting down the server application in
UNIX while processing transactions (PVC/TCP) to the server.

CR 88871: SNMP
When SNMP get requests are sent to valid object IDs, the router receives all
get requests but stops replying at some point to all subsequent get requests.
The attribute wfSnmpMaxlnPktChain was added to limit the number of requests
that SNMP can process at one time.

CR 89704: NTP
The Peer Filter option used during the configuration of the Network Time
Protocol does not function properly. When an NTP access filter is set for a
particular peer server, the local time does not update even if the filter type
is set to Prefer.

CR 90008: IPX
The "show IPX hosts" command hangs whenever RIP traffic is generated to one of
multiple IPX circuits configured for RIP/SAP. This problem also affects the
"show IPX services" command.

CR 90450: ATM
A corrupt LE_ARP entry inhibits connectivity to an ATM attached host.

CR 91568: IP
A bus error occurs when a well-known denial of service packet arrives on an
interface running ISP mode with enhanced traffic filters.

CR 92520: IPEX
The client requests the option to prevent IPEX from running a remap when the
source link is removed, even if there is another path.

CR 92951: IPX
SAP addresses are not aging out properly for IPX services. Although the SAP
addresses are no longer advertised when the service is disabled, the router
fails to delete the SAPs from the forwarding table.

CR 94090: BGP
The BGP announce policy fails to advertise some routes whenever the routes
already reside in the routing table due to some other method, such as OSPF or
static route.

CR 94376: OSPF
ECMP does not work properly for OSPF type 3 routes because it fails to update
the routing table when costs are changed.

CR 94545: FTP
Interrupting an FTP session can cause a router to fault due to the mishandling
of the FTP abort operation by the PC.

CR 94776: Protocol Priority
In specific types of configurations, the router experiences a bus error when a
large number of packets hit filters for Protocol Priority Queue on a frame
relay interface.

CR 95121: SNMP
A security issue exists in the Technician Interface where you can view SNMP
community strings when logged on as a user.

CR 95125: X.25
The router can not establish X.25 PDN calls when full addressing is set to Off
and the length of the X.121 address exceeds six bytes.

CR 95185: FDDI
Faults occur in the FDDI driver when booting a BLN router with ATM configured.

CR 95481: VINES
Bouncing VINES causes a tag violation error to occur.

CR 95998: SDLC
If sending a PIU that exceeds the MAXPDU for the SDLC interface, the router
may experience a bus error or tag violation error.

CR 96440: OSPF
The router fails to build the SPF tree if the root LSDB is not inserted into
router table.

CR 96508: NetBoot
An ARN token ring base unit, with the V1.25 Boot Prom code, fails to boot
normally with bconfig set to the defaults for the image and config file. This
occurs when the base unit is configured with only a sync SDB in either slot
(no PDB installed).

CR 96646: SRB
Spanning tree explorer (STE) frames handled by the Source Route Bridging
protocol are not being received by the router over ATM PVC.

CR 96646: SRB
The router is not receiving source route bridged STEs over ATM PVC.

CR 97018: DLSw
The router fails to reestablish a session after TCP is bounced in QLLC
upstream network. This problem occurs because the ICANREACH never arrives at
the peer router after the connection is made.

CR 97043: AN Config.
You cannot save the configuration file for AN routers when making dynamic
changes using Technician Interface or Site Manager.

CR 97288: IPEX
If the target circuit is disabled, a reset_request is not sent when a tcp_open
call fails.

CR 97753: RSVP
A memory leak occurs in RSVP when reservations for different multicast groups
are brought up and released.

CR 97854: DECnet
After making dynamic changes on DECnet, the router reinitializes this
protocol. Also, if DECnet restarts on a loaded router (from the DECnet
perspective), it consumes all buffers and then faults.

CR 98042: VINES
A watchdog timeout occurs if Vines is bounced on more than two routers with a
large number of Vines routes in the routing table.

CR 98719: IP
When a connection faults, the router does not advertise the network as
unreachable through RIP. When this occurs, the IP network is completely and
immediately removed from the routing tables.

CR 98930: SDLC
Disabling or deleting multiple devices from an SDLC multidrop of the primary
Frame Relay Access Device (FRAD) can cause the secondary FRAD to fault.

CR 98938: OSPF
The router is not advertising a summary range of 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 correctly
from a backbone area. The router is sending out an LSDB to all other areas
stating the database has a timer of 3600 (unreachable), and as a result, it is
never put in the LSDB.

CR 99887: IP
Switching an IP forwarding cache from a more specific route to a less specific
route and back again can corrupt the forwarding cache.

CR 99914: BGP
BGP learned routes are not being propagated into the OSPF domain.

CR 100004: IGMP
The remote_cct value appearing in the incoming circuit field of IP MTM appears
to be corrupted.

CR 100264: BootP
Delays are occurring in the scheduled boot of a client device.

CR 100352: MIBII
Although the frame relay PVCs are up and running, the PVC statuses in
wfIfEntry, and consequently ifEntry, are incorrect.

CR 100373: DVMRP
Bouncing the designated router interface on a LAN where two routers are
connected and group membership exists, causes both routers to send packets to
the LAN.

CR 100451: DVMRP
The router is experiencing data loss with DVMRP configured.

CR 101124: BCC
Deleting a protocol service from the BCC creates machine check faults on the
router.

CR 101479 DVMRP
The router is experiencing data loss on FDDI ring after a network outage.

CR 102020: BOT
Sync characters are being added after the first BCC byte causing the end
device to miscalculate BCC which results in a negative acknowledge (NAK).

CR 102424: LOG
An ARN router may hang sometime after establishing a V.34 async dialup
connection.

CR 102835: IP
Receiving large ping packets which require fragmentation will cause a bus
error.
