13.03 Revision 1 corrects the following problems:
================================================================
CR 32268: X.25
A X.25/PDN configuration cannot forward IP datagrams larger
   than 1915 bytes.

CR 30736: XB
A bus error occurs on the router when XB is configured
dynamically on a slot that has both PPP a Wellfleet Standard
   configured.

CR 34693: ATM
An error occurs when running ATM with LAN Emulation configured.

CR 85990: OSPF
A more specific type 2 external LSA is incorrectly announced to
the LSDB on an ASBR when there is a policy present to aggregate
   RIP learned routes.

CR 86073: OSPF
Type1 AS external LSAs are being installed into the routing table
with the metric incorrectly calculated as a type 2 AS external
   LSAs.

CR 87367: IPEX
The router may fault when resetting many (greater than 100) IPEX
   sessions.

CR 87801: CSMACD
When a 100Base-T Ethernet interface is down or disabled it does not
appear in the MIB II ifTable.

CR 87829: PPP
A bus error occurs on the router after a successful CHAP
   authentication on a leased line.

CR 88495: X.25
When you configure a small number of virtual circuits when starting
X.25, an insufficient quantity of PDU buffers is made available.

CR 89524: IPX
A VBM error occurs on the ATM slot when deleting IPX from an
Ethernet circuit that is under load.

CR 96282: IP
When an interface is deleted using the BCC, the show ip routes
command incorrectly shows the direct route of the deleted interface.

CR 100921: RADIUS
An enhancement request to provide unique session IDs for each
accounting session logged by a RADIUS server. This is important
because session ID, and not the client name, is used as the sole
   identifier by some applications.

CR 101568: PPP
When the IP interface of a Cisco router is shut down in a multilink
with a Nortel Networks router, the Nortel Networks router shows
extra lines when it is reenabled.

CR 102358: DLSw
The router does not establish a connection with SDLC RFC 1795 due to
SDLC maximum data size being hard coded to 512 bytes. When this
occurs the host receives the test poll with the small LF, it then
sends an XID with a maximum I-frame bits also set to 516 bytes and
   the XID negotiation fails.

CR 102314: IPX
IPX unicast traffic with 802.2 encapsulation is not forwarded over
a multiline circuit configured for Wellfleet Standard.

CR 102838: PPP
A bus error occurs on the router during start up of a NetBIOS
session while using SR/DLSw on the local TR interfaces with ISDN/BRI
with MLPPP and WCP enabled, plus an outgoing traffic filter (log or
   NoCall/NoReset for OSPF or RIP).

CR 103164: DLSw
When DLS receives an XID Fmt 3 frame from LLC for an active DLS
connection, the router generates a CANUREACH SSP message for the
source/destination MAC and SAPs rather than sending XID through
   directly.

CR 103745: BGP
BGP does not use the IGP cost to determine the next-hop address as
the MED value of routes advertised to an EBGP peer.

CR 104516: ATM
Adding ATM PVCs under traffic load causes an MCP fault to occur.

CR 105010: IP
5782 VNR stops sending IP RIP updates on various circuits.

CR 106374: SDLC
Bouncing TCP on a SDLC PU2.1 client to a token ring host with DLSw
v2.0 causes an orphaned buffer fault to occur.

CR 106710: Spanning tree
A request to remove an invalid spanning tree debug log message.

CR 106735: IPEX
IPEX/X.25 slot intermittently faults and resets during multiple call
   attempts and teardowns.

CR 106826: BGP
The EBGP router does not port BGP routes to RIP when configured to
   do so.

CR 107503: Telnet
If a Telnet session dies while a batch file is running, a VBM error
occurs on the slot running the ARE card.
CR 107515: TCP
When connecting to a circuitless IP address of a router using TCP,
the router sets the TCP maximum segment size to 65501 which is not
   compliant with RFC 879.

CR 100706: BGP
Withdrawing 50000+ routes in a looped topology can cause a watchdog
   error to occur.

CR 107806: LLC
The router does not respond to SABMEs with a UA (unnumbered
acknowledgment) packet which prevents DLSw traffic.

CR 107829: OSPF
In the link state database, the cost of an OSPF route to an
aggregated group of networks is represented as the closest network
interface. According to RFC 2328, the cost should instead be the
distance to the furthest network out of the group of networks
   aggregated together.

The new MIB attribute, wfOspfAggrUseMaxCost, allows you to determine
whether to use the maximum or minimum route cost. By setting this
attribute to 1, you can enable the OSPF route cost to represent the
distance to the furthest network in the aggregated group. Otherwise,
accept the default, 2 (Disable), for the OSPF cost to represent the
   closest network in the group.

CR 108091: DVMRP
Data can be lost when the router learns a subordinate route from one
neighbor router and receives a poison reverse from another router
that resides in its neighbor list.

CR 108190: IP
When a buffer overflow condition occurs on a Fast Ethernet
interface, the wfCSMACDOfloRx counter is not incremented.

CR 108279: IP
A bad IP header checksum is generated when the Record Route option
   is used.

CR 108690: ATM
When an ATM circuit is deleted from a router where the cable is
disconnected, the ifEntry incorrectly continues to show the
   interface as active.

CR 108715: ATM
An MCP fault occurs on the router if an ATM service record is
deleted while the ARE is disconnected from the switch.

CR 109232: IPX
An IPX interface over PPP may not come up properly when a dial
   backup line is activated.

CR 109399: ATM Half Bridge
When a packet contains the data whose length is less than the
minimum required for Ethernet encapsulation, ATM half bridge does
not pad the data to the minimum length.

CR 109636: MOSPF
Invoking the show mospf fwd command causes a bus error to occur on
the router when there are more than 20 IGMP join entries.

CR 109640: MOSPF
Invoking the show mospf fwd command does not show more than 13
   downstream forwarding entries.

CR 109873: TI-RUI
Invoking the save log command through SNMP does not complete
successfully and can cause a fault.

CR 109909: Boot
Booting the router multiple times with either a named boot file or
typing boot causes orphan buffers in the log. Also, any router slots
that do not contain a flash card will stop loading protocols.

CR 109933: BGP
Invoking the ip bgp_routes -N command only displays the first four
   peers correctly.

CR 110036: ATM
The router LEC is using the wrong parameters when placing control of
   direct VCC to LES.

CR 110168: ATM
Traffic origination from an 802.5 LEC with source route bridging
does not establish a data direct virtual circuit.

CR 110427: Filters
Invoking the show ip traffic filter command in the Technician
Interface displays incorrect information for the traffic filter
fragments associated with the wfIPTrafficFilterEntry MIB.

CR 110491: NAT
Moving the NAT soloist to another slot fails to update wfNatMapEntry
on the new soloist slot which causes a loss of connectivity.

CR 110783: ATM
The LEC is responding to LE_ARP requests for LAN destinations that
   it does not represent.

CR 111197: BGP
With the BGP soloist running on an FRE-4 and with a flash card on
another slot, the router faults whenever BGP attempts to open the
TCP connection to the remote site.

CR 111507: BGP
BGP peers are getting stuck in the Not Present state where they
appear in the idle state at one end, and in the connected state at
   the other end.

CR 111562: AHB
Adding a PVC under load causes an MCP error to occur on the ARE
   module.

CR 112106: MOSPF
The BCN router crashes when the number of MOSPF forwarding entries
   exceeds 251.

CR 112535: IP
After booting up or bouncing IP on a fully loaded router, directly
connected hosts may become unreachable from remote slots.
