Attention Extreme Management Center Users
ExtremeXOS 22.4 introduces an issue whereby switch configurations made
through Extreme Management Center or SNMP do not persist through a reboot.
Workarounds:
- Use the CLI to enable auto-save (save configuration automatic {every
minutes {primary | secondary | existing-config |
new-config} | never} to automatically save your switch
configuration periodically. However, be aware that unexpected reboots or power disruptions do
not trigger auto-save, so you could lose your recent configuration if these events occur.
- After reboots, check and update configuration as needed.
