Either a LAN hello packet was received on an interface configured as a point-to-point interface or vice versa.
Check the configuration of the interface in question as well as the neighboring rbridge(s). Both or all interfaces that comprise this adjacency must be configured as the same link type - broadcast or point-to-point.
