Failed to change the port location type that determines the set of ACLs installed. The failure may happen because HAL or ACL manager is busy.
This is a rare internal condition needing technical assistance. Contact technical support with the following information. Enable FIP, HAL.IPv4ACL and ACL log - "configure log filter DefaultFilter add events [fip | HAL.IPv4ACL | ACL] severity debug-data; enable log debug-mode" - and retry when the CPU load is lighter.
