PIM Multicast Routing Over GRE Tunnels

Version 32.3 adds the ability to configure IPv4 Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM) traffic over GRE tunnels. PIM control packets are exchanged between GRE tunnel endpoints, forming a PIM neighborship across the GRE tunnel. Similar to IPv4 unicast support on GRE tunnels, multicast data packets are routed from a tenant interface to the far end of the IPv4 GRE tunnel. The IPv4 next-hop for the multicast packets is the IPv4 tunnel IP of the BGP neighbor.
