Log in to ExtremeCloud IQ

Use this task to log in to ExtremeCloud IQ.

  1. In a web browser, go to https://extremeplatformone.com, and enter your ExtremeCloud IQ credentials.
  2. Select Log In

    If you are an ExtremeCloud IQ customer and you have only ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot licenses, ExtremeCloud IQ (New) opens. If you have a mix of Pilot and Extreme Platform ONE Standard Networking subscriptions, or all Platform ONE Standard Networking subscriptions, Extreme Platform ONE Networking opens. You can use the 9-dot menu to switch to ExtremeCloud IQ (Classic)
  3. If you have access to multiple VIQs, select Manage My Network to manage your primary account, or select another account.
    This dialog appears only if you have multiple accounts.

    Note

    Connect VIQs are not linked to an Extreme Portal Account. Therefore, Connect accounts do not have access to Extreme Platform ONE Networking. If Connect users are added to other accounts as external users, they can use the ExtremeCloud IQ (Classic) account switcher to switch between the external accounts to which they have access.
