A new ring cannot be formed with this Ring Common Link. The resulting ring could contain a BPE that is already in another ring. This may have been caused by multiple links each connecting different BPEs that are present in the same two cascades. Overlapping rings are not supported. The user should only form rings by connecting the ends of two cascades, or the end of one cascade to a controlling bridge. It is also possible (but unlikely) that this message is due to an attempt to allocate ring data structures when system memory is exhausted.
Correct the likely connection problem. If no connection problem exists, use the show memory command
