Network Timing Feature License

The Network Timing Feature License supports the Precision Time Protocol (PTPv2).

This feature license is included with all ExtremeXOS software and can be enabled by purchasing and enabling a feature license key.

Note

Network-Clock module is required in addition to Network Timing Feature License to enable PTPv2 in ExtremeXOS.

Note

Beginning with ExtremeXOS 30.7 and 31.2, PTPv2 is not supported on X670-G2 and X460-G2 series switches, respectively.
