View the LLDP Port Information
Use this procedure to view the LLDP port information.
About this task
To modify a value, double-click on a cell, and then select a value.
Procedure
- In the navigation pane, expand .
- Select LLDP.
- Select the Port tab.
- View the administrative status of the port in AdminStatus.
- View whether the port is enabled for notifications in NotificationEnable.
- View the set of TLVs whose transmission using LLDP is always allowed by network management in TLVsTxEnable.
- Optional: Modify the TLVs as
follows:
- To enable a TLV, select one or more values, and then select Ok.
- To enable all TLVs, select Select All, and then select Ok.
- To disable all TLVs, select Disable All, and select Ok.
- View the CDP administrative status in CdpAdminState.
- Select Apply to save any configuration changes.
- Select Refresh to verify the configuration.

Specifies the set of TLVs whose transmission using LLDP is always allowed by network management. The following list describes the TLV types:
The default is an empty set of TLVs. |
CdpAdminState |
Specifies the CDP administrative status of the port. Configure this field to true to enable the Industry Standard Discovery Protocol (ISDP) on a port. ISDP is CDP-compatible.
The default is false. If CDP is enabled, the interface accepts only CDP packets. Similarly, if CDP is disabled but LLDP is enabled, the interface accepts only LLDP packets. To switch a port from CDP mode to LLDP mode, the LLDP status on that port must be txAndRx. |
CapSupported(med) |
Specifies the LLDP-MED capabilities supported. The default is enabled. |
