The following figure illustrates that the Premier license level builds on the features of the Base license, or the Base license is the only license level available.
In previous releases, non-Universal Hardware and Universal switch license levels correlated in the following way:
Premier = Core
Base = Advanced Edge + AVB
Version 33.2.1 adds Extreme Platform ONE licensing support. With this licensing, operating system-level features are combined into a single license.
While Extreme Platform ONE licenses include three levels: Standard, Advanced, and Premium, Switch Engine treats all license levels the same.
With the introduction of Extreme Platform ONE, the operating system enables the Premier level features on the applicable switch models when a validated Extreme Platform ONE or Pilot license is applied to the device.
Extreme Platform ONE includes three license levels: Standard, Advanced, and Premium. A Standard license is required to manage devices from ExtremeCloud IQ Agent.
