This message is displayed when an EAPS LinkUp PDU is received.When a link is restored on a Transit switch, it sends out a LinkUp PDU.
This message is set to debug-verbose severity on a Transit node. No need to log it unless trying to troubleshoot a situation where a Master is not receiving LinkUp PDUs, and we want to determine if intermediate Transit switches see it or not.
