Configures monitoring of the number of BFD Session against the maximum number of supported BFD sessions and alerts the user when configured thresholds are exceeded.

The default action is all.
The high-limit value must always be
higher than the low-limit value. If
not, an error will be generated.
Use the interval and count keywords to limit the number of events
that are generated due to the thresholds being exceeded.
