Sync Rogue Sanctioned AlarmNEW!

After a rogue alarm is generated, the rogue device is added to a sanctioned list and the alarm state for that sanctioned rogue device remains active without updates. The Sync Rogue Sanctioned Alarm button changes all sanctioned device rogue alarm states to inactive. Take the following steps to sync multiple sanctioned device rogue alarms in the Alarms Raised table, changing the alarm state to inactive:

  1. From Extreme AirDefense Essentials, select Alarms icon to display the Alarms page.
  2. Verify you have Rogue AP or Rogue Client devices with active alarms in the Alarms Raised table.
  3. Select Sync Rogue Sanctioned Alarm to sync all sanctioned device rogue alarms and change the alarm state to INACTIVE.
The Alarms Raised table refreshes, and any sanctioned device rogue alarms change state from ACTIVE to INACTIVE.
