ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot License Violations

If there are not enough ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot licenses in the license pool, Legacy Entitlement Keys can be used instead. If there are not enough Legacy Entitlement Keys or ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot licenses, a license violation banner is displayed and both ExtremeCloud IQ and ExtremeCloud IQ – Site Engine user interfaces are locked. While the interface is locked, you can still perform the following tasks in ExtremeCloud IQ:

• Select devices currently managed and change the state to Unmanaged. Unmanaged devices do not require a license.
• Add Legacy Entitlement Keys provided by GTAC.
• Unlink and relink the Extreme Portal account to refresh or change the license pool.
• Contact your Extreme or Extreme Partner Sales Representative to purchase the required number of licenses, or to renew expired licenses.
