The VPEX state machine encountered an unexpected state + event combination. This might happen when a BPE is unexpectedly disconnected and reconnected.
In most cases, the CSP state machine will restart and recover automatically. If this does not happen, rebooting the BPE or controlling-bridge switch can recover the control plane connection.
