Create Condition: Client IPv4 Addresses

Click Add to add a condition.
Scroll down to Radius Client Properties and select Client IPv4 Addresses.
Enter the IP Address of the ExtremeWireless controller and click OK.

Condition: Client IPv4 Address
Click Next.
On the Specify Access Permission screen, select Access granted and click Next.
On the Configure Authentication Methods screen, click Add and select Microsoft: Smart Card or other certificate. Then, click OK.

Add EAP
Click Next.
Configure the Idle Timeout and click Next.
Configure the Radius Attributes and click Next.
Click Finish.
