Use this task to configure access restrictions (date and time limits) for users based
on their assigned user profiles. This is particularly helpful when you manage
non-employee guest users, such as visitors, VIPs, and contractors.
- On the DATA/TIME LIMIT
tab, turn on Access
Restrictions.
- Select Time Limit.
- Select the limit in
minutes, hours, days, or weeks (the number of minutes in a number of
hours, or hours in days, or days in weeks).
- Select how to define an
hour (either a fixed or rolling time window).
- Select Data Usage
Limit.
- Configure a data usage
limit (in MB or GB).
- Limit the duration to
days, weeks, or months.
- Select how a day is
measured (either a fixed or rolling time window).
- Continue configuring the user profile, or select SAVE USER PROFILE.
