Multi-Link Operation (MLO) is a core capability in Wi-Fi 7 that allows devices to simultaneously connect to and use multiple frequency bands (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz) at the same time. MLO supports various modes, including:
Simultaneous Transmit and Receive (STR): The device transmits and receives data on multiple links at the same time.
Nonsimultaneous Transmit and Receive (NSTR): The device can only transmit or receive on one link at a time, but it can switch between links quickly.
