The updated installer optimizes the TPVM installation to remove the microservices by default from the TPVM.

When you install EFA on a TPVM, the following services get disabled by default:
All the services will be enabled if you install EFA in server mode.
When you directly use the REST APIs and bypass the CLIs, the REST APIs fail because microservices are not running.
