RabbitMQ logs are not rotating. There is only a single log file that
continues to grow. |

Upgrade to XCO 3.2.0 or 3.2.1 from any
older releases. |

Need to manually add the RabbitMQ log

setup or upgrade to latest XCO image (where the fix is
