Converts dynamic MAC addresses to sticky secure MAC addresses.

Parameters

name: Specifies the interface name
mac-address: Specifies the MAC address-based VLAN classifier rule used to map to a specific VLAN
port-sec-vlan: Specifies a VLAN ID
