The front panel of the 8720 Switch includes:
32 100-gigabit Ethernet ports capable of supporting passive copper QSFP28/QSFP+ and active fiber QSFP28/ QSFP+. With a few exceptions, noted below, these ports are configurable for 100 Gb, 40 Gb, 4x25 Gb, and 4x10 Gb modes. RJ45 serial console port used to connect a terminal and perform local management.
USB port for access to external storage.
Two RJ45 out-of-band 10/100/1000BASE-T management Ethernet ports.
