The issue was tested and reproduced on two different Windows devices. The user count does not increment for Telnet when accessed from Windows and Chromebook, but it increments correctly when accessed from Linux and Mac. This issue is specific to telnet on Windows and Chromebook. We have logged a bug for the next release (25.2.0) to address the problem of the telnet application port not being discovered on Windows. |
