Manage Agent Settings

Use this task to manage agent settings.
  1. Go to Resources > Agent Settings.
  2. To set the session timeout duration for agents, select a duration from the Session Timeout Options drop-down list. The default setting is 24 hours.
  3. Under SSO Auto Reconnect, you can enable automatic agent reconnection for seamless and uninterrupted connectivity.
  4. Select Save.
