9920-4D Module LEDs

Each port on the front panel of the 9920-4D interface module contains one tri-color LED that indicates link rate and link status. Each port has three additional green LEDs that indicate sub-channel selection. The font panel also contains a Channel Selector button, which cycles through the eight selectable channels. The selected channel applies to all ports on the card.

The rate indication determines if a port is channelized. The link status for the entire port is indicated regardless of the channel selected when the port is not channelized.

The rate/link/activity LEDs use the colors red, green, and blue and indicate the configured port rate, port linkage, and port traffic activity. The LEDs also indicate fault conditions.
