ExtremeXOS CLI Prompt Prefix

This patch release (ExtremeXOS 31.1.1-Patch1-1) corrects the following extraneous prompt prefix issue (see Resolved Issues in ExtremeXOS 31.1.1-Patch1-1).

For ExtremeXOS 31.1, the CLI prompt displays a prefix (CIT 31.1.1.3) similar to the prompt below:

(CIT 31.1.1.3) 5520-24W-EXOS.1 #

The prompt prefix is an internal reference for the software build. There is no functional impact due to this prefix. This prompt prefix will only appear in version 31.1.1.3, and can be ignored.
