Learn more about the metrics displayed in a table or graph by hovering over a value. When the mouse cursor moves over a value, it changes from an arrow to a finger icon and a Tool Tip window displays.
Open the Tool-Tip window by selecting the data point in a table or graph. You can then perform the following:
- Keep Only — Filters the table or graph to display only the selected data point. To undo this action, press Ctrl + Z on your keyboard or click the Undo button () in the top-left corner.
- Exclude — Removes the selected data point from the table or graph. To undo this action, press Ctrl + Z on your keyboard or click the Undo button () in the top-left corner.
- View Data () — Opens the selected data in the View Data window, from which you can download the data via a clickable link.
- View Additional Data — Many of the pop-ups contain additional information about the metrics included in the table or graph you are viewing. Some of these pop-up descriptions include clickable links to a dictionary topic where terms are defined, while other Tool Tip descriptions include financial implication information that explains what trends in the data might indicate.
To discard any unsaved changes and revert back to the dashboard the last time it was saved, click the Revert button () in the top-left corner.
