If SNMP traps are missing, complete the following procedure.

Ensure that the correct SNMP
configuration is enabled. For details, see the “SNMP” section of the Extreme SLX-OS Management Configuration Guide.

To ensure that the trap being considered is supported, see the Extreme SLX-OS MIB Reference.

Ensure that the SNMP trap or
inform receiver is reachable.

If the problem persists,
contact your device support provider.
