The MEF_SOAM_PM MIB defines objects for managing Service Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (SOAM) capabilities on Ethernet-based interfaces.

Referential integrity is required, i.e., the index needs to be persistent upon a reboot or restart of a device. The index can never be reused for other PM sessions on the same MEP.
