Usage Guidelines

This command shows various EEE statistics for the specified ports.

Example

The following command displays EEE information:

# show ports 6 eee no-refresh
Port EEE Statistics Monitor
Port Link EEE Rx Rx Rx Tx Tx Tx
State Loc/Rem Events Seconds % Events Seconds %
================================================================================
6 A E/E 56 841 >99 776 359 42
================================================================================

The fields in the above output are described below:
Tx/Rx duration – The total time the particular link was in Low power mode. This value is reset only after a "Clear counter" or a switch reboot
Tx/Rx events – A counter that references the number of times the link transitioned to low-power mode.
Tx/Rx % - The values denote the amount of time the link has been in Low power mode. The value is calculated by determining what fraction of the total time (the total time EEE has been active on that link) the link was in Low power mode.
