show bmc interface management status

Shows the current status of the selected BMC Management Interface.

Syntax

show bmc interface management interface-number status

Parameters

interface-number: The BMC Management Interface ID. Only interface ID 0 is supported.

Privileged EXEC Mode

Usage Guidelines

Displays the status of the SOHO port connected to BMC.

This command requires about 15 seconds to refresh after a shutdown or no shutdown command is run on the BMC Management Interface. Till this time BMC might report incorrect status.

Examples

The following example shows the output of the command when the interface is enabled.

SLX # show bmc interface management 0 status
Status: Enabled

The following example shows the output of the command when the interface is not accessible.

SLX # show bmc interface management 0 status
Status: Disabled
