Open vSwitch Database Management Protocol (OVSDB) Limitations
The following OVSDB capabilities are not supported in ExtremeXOS:
- IPv6 addresses for OVSDB manager.
- IPv6 addresses in Hardware VTEP Schema.
- Support for stacks wherein at least one node is not VXLAN capable.
- MLAG for VTEP redundancy.
- Except for show commands, OVSDB and ExtremeXOS commands should not be used
simultaneously to manage VXLAN.
