An attempt to create a Virtual Circuit Forwarding Equivalency Class object failed. Currently, the only way this can fail is if an unsupported address family is used as the peer IP Address. As a result, either a PW will not be established to the specified peer, or the status of an existing PW will not be sent to the peer.
Use a peer IP Address of type AF_INET
