You can install visibility manager
using OVA.
Before you begin
- Ensure that you have an
understanding of the hypervisor environment, including converting the embedded
disk image to a suitable format.
- The XCO OVA image does not
support cloud-init, or provisioning the VM with a user and network information
via the user interface. Ensure that you are aware of the information on DNS,
network address, subnet mask, and gateway requirements to assign to the VM.
- DHCP address of the VM is not
supported. A static address is required. Ensure that the selected address
complies with the general IP address requirements.
- Ensure that you use the VNC
console. Directly attached serial consoles is not supported for logging in to
the VM for the post boot procedure. .
