Summit X450-G2 Series Switches Provide Core License Upgrade

On May 1st, 2017, Summit X450-G2 series switches have an upgrade option to the Core License. The Core License adds the following features:

• EAPS "Full" ("common links", also known as "shared port")
• PIM "Full" (not restricted to four active interfaces)
• OSPFv2 and v3 "Full" (not restricted to four active interfaces)
• BGP4 and MBGP (BGP4+) for IPv4 ECMP and IPv6
• IS-IS for IPv4 and IPv6
• MSDP
• Anycast RP
• GRE tunneling
