Installation Workflow

The following table lists the installation tasks. Use this information as a guide when you install the 2130C.

1.Verify the box contents.Confirm that your appliance arrived complete.
2.Install the Power Supply Unit.The power supply unit converts AC into DC.
3.Mount the appliance in a rack or on a tabletop or shelf.Install the appliance in a permanent location.
4.Connect a power supply.Connect the 2130C to a power source.
5.Configure the appliance. Do one of the following:Configure the following settings:

  • Admin password

  • Host attributes settings

  • Time settings

  • DNS settings

  • Data plane settings
