Deletes the BGP neighbors for a given
VRF on the fabric device.

Parameters
- --force
- Forces BGP service deletion when set to
true.
- --help
- Displays help for delete.
- --name
- Specifies the name of the BGP service instance.
- --tenant
- Specifies the name of the tenant.
