Dot1ag acts as a pass through client here and forwards events like RMEP expiry/detect, LMEP XCON error/clear, CCM_ERROR error/clear, REMOTE_CCM error/clear etc to the client whenever HwOAM notifies them.
In all these cases, either the RMEP entry is removed if it is dynamically learnt or the Inactive flag is set in case of static RMEP which can be observed in "show cfm detail"
