Transmit of a health-check message to the displayed peer has failed. Failing to send multiple health-check messages results in the MLAG peer switch falsely declaring this node to be down causing it to block traffic from the ISC port to the MLAG ports. This leads to loss of traffic to the remote end of MLAG links when the local MLAG port on this switch fails.
If this condition is transient, this situation will usually correct itself once MLAG health check packets are successfully sent out. However, if the issue persists, please check if the ISC link is flapping. Else escalate to engineering.
